Shipping Locations

At present, Steel Fusion Designs ships to customers within the United Kingdom only, but we're working on expanding to international shipping soon. Stay tuned!.

Processing Times

All of our products are made to order — we don’t keep ready-made stock. Every item is produced especially for you once your order is placed.

    • Custom apparel: 2–5 working days

    • Kickboxing equipment: 1–3 working days (if in stock)

    • Bulk or club orders: 5–10 working days

You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately, followed by a shipping confirmation once your parcel has been dispatched.

Please note: Fulfilment times depend on the availability of blank garments and equipment. In rare cases, supplier delays may extend these timeframes. If this happens, we will notify you promptly by email.

Custom Orders

If you order a custom design via email, we will create a personalised invoice that includes the correct shipping cost based on the item(s) ordered.

UK Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your order:

Standard Delivery (2–4 Working Days)

  • Clothing & lightweight items (0–0.75kg): £3.99

  • Sparring gear (0.75–5kg): £6.49

  • Heavy items (5–15kg): £9.99

  • Bulk orders (15–30kg): £14.99

  • Free Standard Shipping: Orders over £100 qualify for free standard delivery.

Delivery Delays

While most orders arrive on time, occasionally couriers may experience delays due to:

  • Seasonal periods

  • Weather conditions

  • Strike action

  • High volume periods

We will always support you in tracking your parcel if this happens.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

Non-Delivery

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us at steelfusiondesign@gmail.com so we can investigate with the courier.

Shipping FAQs

Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. We currently ship to customers within the United Kingdom only.

How long does it take to get my order?

  • Collection items: usually 3–5 business days to create, plus delivery time.

  • Customised items: usually 5–7 business days to create, plus delivery time.
    Delivery then takes 2–5 business days depending on the courier and service selected.

Can I track my order?
Yes. If you choose Tracked Shipping at checkout, you will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched. Standard Shipping does not include tracking.

What happens if my order is delayed?
We’ll always aim to keep you updated. If our suppliers experience a delay in providing blank garments/equipment, we’ll let you know right away. Courier delays are unfortunately outside our control, but if your parcel hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at steelfusiondesigns@gmail.com. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address.
