At Steel Fusion Designs, your ideas come to life through high-quality custom printing, embroidery and kickboxing equipment personalisation.
Please use the form below to send us your request — the more detail you provide, the faster we can get your design started.

What to include in your message:

1. Product type
(Hoodie, T-shirt, Joggers, Bottle, Headguard, Gloves, Shins, Kicks, etc.)

2. Size(s)
(If ordering multiple items, list all sizes)

3. Colour(s)
(The garment or the equipment colour)

4. Quantity
(Single item or bulk/club order)

5. Your design idea
Describe the artwork, text, logo, theme or layout you have in mind.

6. Additional notes
Anything important such as deadlines, gift occasions, team requirements etc.

7. Artwork / Images / Logos
If you have artwork or a specific logo, simply attach it when we reply to your message.
(Our contact form doesn’t support uploads, so we’ll request it in our first email back to you.)

What happens next?

✔ Step 1 — We reply within 12–24 hours
We’ll confirm details and begin creating your mock-up.

✔ Step 2 — Approve your mock-up
You can request changes until you're completely happy.

✔ Step 3 — Secure invoice via Shopify
You’ll receive a safe payment link for card, PayPal or Shop Pay.

✔ Step 4 — Production begins
Your item is handmade to order and prepared with care.

✔ Step 5 — Delivery
You’ll receive tracking once your order ships.
